Reminders of Home

Reminders of home depicts a distorted baby staring at a purple dog-like figure. Though they mirror one another in form, they remain fundamentally different. The dog carries a wisdom that contrasts with the baby's innocent naivety.

 Through the interplay of fabric and oil paint, the piece creates a tactile, theatrical space that feels playful at first glance but is sure to explore familiarity, memory, and the strange dreamlike intimacy between beings that feel both connected and distant.
